About Anabella

I am Anabella Botbol, a psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the social impact sector — working directly with communities, NGOs, CSOs, and activists worldwide, at every level of the change-making process.

Seeing how consistently the wellbeing of changemakers is overlooked, minimised, or reduced to token gestures is what led me to create Mindtivist.

The equity and rigour you bring to your mission must begin with the people making it possible. Social change should never come at the cost of the people driving it.
